These topics will be the subject of a panel discussion at ATSC in Toronto. Global Tariffs and Trade in Flux: The consequences of new trade policies - perspectives from suppliers and importers will be held on Sept. 29, 2025, from 12:00 PM EST to 1:00 PM EST.
This panel will include United States Fashion Industry Association (USFIA) President Julie Hughes, Canadian Apparel Federation Executive Director Bob Kirke, Rudolph Zhang, CEO of leading Chinese outdoor apparel manufacturer Aparso and Senior Relationship Manager Asif Wares Khan from Bangladesh's top denim manufacturer Pioneer Denim. The panellists will provide different perspectives on how the global supply chain is adjusting to these new realities.
Canadian Apparel Federation Executive Director Bob Kirke will also present a separate overview of key policies, statistics and policy developments from a Canadian perspective.
