Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on expanding Kem’s Fashion’s presence in the fashion industry.
Conduct in-depth market research to pinpoint potential clients and understand their needs, preferences, and buying behaviors.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses to secure long-term partnerships.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing business and explore opportunities for upselling.Sales Strategy Development:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted campaigns that attract new business and enhance brand visibility.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring that terms are favorable for both the client and Kem’s Fashion.Performance Monitoring:
Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Adjust business development strategies as needed to meet or exceed sales goals.Collaboration and Innovation:
Work closely with internal teams, including production and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Additional Information
Performance-Based Bonus: Earn a bonus of 5% to 20% on successfully closed contracts, in addition to a base salary.

Experience:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably within the fashion or textiles industry.
Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets and growing client portfolios.

Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and securing favorable terms.
