On-site Employment in Edmonton, Alberta

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage all shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment

* Operate and maintain UV printing equipment, producing high-quality prints on various apparel

* Collaborate with design and production teams to troubleshoot technical issues related to printing and decoration

* Maintain inventory and supplies, ensuring all materials are available for upcoming jobs

* Assist in training new team members on equipment and processes

* Contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes

Qualifications: While training & development is ongoing, proven experience and proficiency with UV printing techniques and other apparel decoration methods are a must.

Complemented by shipping and receiving experience in a similar industry, strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, the capability to work independently and as part of a team, and a positive attitude with a passion for creative solutions.
