 ajor changes to US tariff policy.\nOn February 20, 2026 the US Supreme Cou
 rt issued a decision that overturned many tariff actions taken by the Trum
 p administration under the authority of the International Emergency Econom
 ic Powers Act (IEEPA).  IEEPA had been the basis for a range of tariffs im
 posed on Canada, Mexico and China (for failure to limit flows of illicit d
 rugs into the US) and for "reciprocal tariffs" on numerous countries first
  announced by the administration in April 2025.\nFollowing the decision, t
 he US administration has indicated it will move forward with various tarif
 f actions, and in the longer term these will focus on measures that addres
 s national security and unfair trading practices.\nThe webinar will deal w
 ith the current state of tariff policy in the US, including\n\n\nWhen the 
 IEEPA tariffs will no longer be collected.\n\n\nRefund process for IEEPA t
 ariffs paid by importers into the US.\n\n\nImpact of the Supreme Court dec
