PFAS Reporting Rule under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) &ndash\;
submissions are due in January 2026 &ndash\; and discuss California&rsquo
\;s recent updates to Proposition 65 listings and labels.\nThe presentatio
n will conclude by reviewing Canada&rsquo\;s recently proposed Risk Manage
ment Approach for phasing out PFAS uses, including from the apparel and te
