 f this webinar, we received numerous comments about these new compliance r
 equirements. Many companies have not fully understood that both of these r
 eporting requirements take effect in 2025, and have a significant impact o
 n apparel and textile products.\nThe Canadian PFAS reporting requirement i
 s a CEPA Section 71 mandatory reporting notice with a deadline of January 
 29, 2025.  The Canadian Federal Plastics Registry is a CEPA Section 46 reo
 ccurring mandatory reporting notice with an initial deadline of September 
 2025 - with significantly expanded requirements for the apparel and textil
